Clay Long, 35 was on a seven day cruise to Mexico and the Cayman Islands aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Legend of the Seas.
Upon disembarking, at the port of Tampa, a customs inspector asked to look through files on Long's laptop computer, according to an arrest report.
There, the inspector found a file labeled "Dell Hard Drive Backup,"
When the file was opened, it was found to contain pictures of children in sexual poses.
Long was arrested on one count of possessing child pornography. He was released from the Orient Road Jail, after posting $2,000 bail.
Later, he was convicted for over 20 counts of possession of child pornography. He was sentenced on May 6, 2008 and is eligible for parole on January 7, 2016, but may be released early
